The local night markets with its abundance of street food stalls will give you a glimpse into the variety of Taiwanese cuisine. This island nation is not just the birthplace of the world famous bubble tea drink, yet reflects a rich culture that results from an influence of traditional Chinese, aboriginal and Japanese culture.
